"Positives: The cleaning service is fantastic and the rooms are nice. Negatives: The wifi dies randomly and there are only two laundry machines for the entire building (one of which was not functioning properly). The communication with the staff is not so great - I was not informed that I would have a roommate. Additionally, the doors inside the apartment did not have locks."

"Really good budget friendly option in Rome Communication with staff was really nice. We arrived couple of hours late and they waited for us in reception without any add cost. Really appreciated! The room is big - small apartment with fridge, kitchenette, powerful air conditioning, TV, WIFI... it really exceed our expectation! Tram stop is just in front of the hotel. Near the residenze you can find supermarkets, good restaurants... You need to know that tram is about 20 minutes..."
